Generative AI in Education: Application of Open-Source Tools in Assessment Design
Lightning Session Stream 5: Enhancing teaching practice with the use of AI
Time: 10:35 am – 10:55 am
Location: G21 & G02
As the landscape of higher education continues to evolve, there is a growing demand for innovative and cost-effective solutions to enhance the teaching and learning experience. This presentation explores the potential of openly available tools in creating robust, customizable, and accessible assessment tools for university courses. We will also showcase practical examples that demonstrate the methods by which attendees can utilise existing systems and set up their own systems.
